Common questions
Can I set up different class types with different prices?
Yes. You can create as many class types as you like, each with its own pricing, capacity, and schedule. A drop-in vinyasa class and a weekend workshop can have completely different setups.
Can my clients use a class pass to book?
Yes. Clients log in through a magic link (no password needed), and their active passes are available when they book. They can see how many sessions they have left in their portal.
What happens if I need to cancel a class?
You can cancel from your dashboard and everyone who booked will be notified automatically. If they paid, refunds can be handled through Stripe.
Can I offer concession pricing?
Yes. You can set up different ticket types for the same class, so you can offer a standard price alongside concession or student rates.
Can I run workshops and retreats alongside my regular classes?
Yes. Workshops and retreats are set up as one-off events with their own dates, pricing, and capacity. They appear on your website alongside your regular timetable.
What if a class is full?
Clients can join a waitlist and they’ll be notified automatically if a spot opens up.
