Booking system for singing teachers and choirs
A booking page for your voice lessons, choirs, workshops and concerts
Macadamia gives you a booking page where singers can book one-to-one lessons in the hours you teach, join a choir for a term or by monthly membership, sign up for workshops and buy tickets for your concerts. Payments go through Stripe into your own account, and you choose how singers pay for each lesson type, choir or event.
Free to start. No card needed until you choose a paid plan.

Lessons
Voice lessons booked from the hours you set
Each voice lesson is an appointment for one singer, booked from the hours you make available. Every lesson type has its own length, price and location, so a half-hour lesson and a longer coaching session can sit side by side. You can hold a singer's regular weekly slot for them, so their lesson stays at the same time each week. For online lessons, the confirmation email includes your own meeting link, access code and joining notes.
- Lessons from your available hours
- A regular weekly slot for each singer
- Your own lesson lengths and prices
- Online lessons with your own link
Choirs and memberships
Run each choir by the term or by the month
A weekly choir rehearsal is set up as a class that repeats, with its own price, number of places and venue. You can sell it as a term, which is a set of dates that singers book and pay for together, or as a monthly membership that's paid by card and renews automatically until it's cancelled. A pass lets a singer pay for a set number of rehearsals up front and book them as they go. When a choir is full, new singers can join the waitlist, and if a place comes up, the first in line is emailed and has it held for them.
- Weekly rehearsals
- Terms, booked and paid together
- Monthly memberships
- Passes for a set number of sessions
Workshops and concerts
Workshop places and concert tickets on the same page as your lessons
A workshop is a single date with its own price and number of places, and a concert is set up as a performance with tickets. Ticket types let you charge different prices for the same concert, such as standard and concession, or adult and child. Someone can buy several tickets in one booking, with a name for each person, and confirmations and reminders go out by email.

- Ticket types for each concert
- Several tickets in one booking
- Discount codes with use limits

The main FAQ covers payments, your data and your domain in more detail.
Can singers tell me their voice part when they join a choir?
Yes. Your own questions are answered as part of each booking, so you'll see each singer's voice part, or anything else you ask, alongside their booking.
Can choir members get a cheaper concert ticket?
Yes. A discount code can take a percentage or a fixed amount off, with a limit on how many times it's used. Choir members enter the code when they book, and anyone without it pays the standard price.
Can I teach from home and at a music school on different days?
Yes. Each place has its own lesson type, with the hours you're there, so singers only see the times you're at the place they choose.
Can I keep notes on each singer's progress?
Yes. Notes are kept on the singer's record and on each lesson, next to their bookings and attendance, and singers can't see them.
