How paying works
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day trial. You add a card when you choose the plan, so it's ready when you are, but nothing is taken while you're setting up.

Add your classes, connect Stripe for payments and get it looking right. You can take your time over it.

It happens the day you go live, even if that's day three. If you're not live by day 30 it happens then anyway, as a gentle push to get your page out there.
Staying on Free? There's nothing to trial and no card to add.
It's one trial per account. If you're already paying for a plan, moving to another one happens straight away.

On the day you go live, or 30 days after you chose your plan, whichever comes first. Going live ends the trial straight away: the first payment goes through, and then your page is published.
Only on Free, where we take 4% of bookings paid online and nothing on payments taken on the day. There's no commission on any paid plan, so what your clients pay goes to you, less Stripe's own card fees.
Mostly to keep things moving. We'd rather you got your page out there than left it half-finished, and 30 days is usually plenty. If something's holding you up, get in touch and we'll help you get there.
Yes. Free is a real plan rather than a trial, and you can stay on it for as long as it suits you. The only cost is 4% on bookings paid online.
At around £375 a month in online bookings, 4% comes to £15, which is what Core costs. Below that, Free probably works out cheaper. Above it, Core does, and you get your own domain and lose the credit too.
Probably not. The team plans are for businesses where several people regularly run their own classes or appointments. If a guest teacher steps in now and then, a one-person plan is likely fine, and you can move up later if that changes.
Yes, whenever you like. There's one trial per account, so if you're already paying for a plan, a change happens straight away rather than starting a new trial.
There's no contract, so you can cancel whenever you like. Your data isn't deleted automatically, and you can export it or come back if you change your mind.
