Online payments
Payments are handled through Stripe, which is quick and straightforward to set up. Clients pay when they book, so there’s no chasing.
Passes
Sell pre-paid blocks of sessions. Clients buy a pass, then book against it as they go. They can see how many sessions they have left in their portal.
Memberships
Monthly memberships with automatic billing through Stripe. Clients stay subscribed until they cancel, and their membership is checked when they book.
Discount codes
Create codes for promotions, referrals, or anything else. Apply a percentage or fixed amount off, and set limits on how many times a code can be used.
Flexible payment
Choose whether clients pay online when they book, or in person on the day. You can set this per event or appointment type, so it’s up to you.
Refunds & site credit
Issue refunds back to the client’s card through Stripe, or as site credit that they can use toward future bookings.
Financial reports
