Retreat budget calculator

Whatever kind of retreat you’re running, add up what it will cost you, set a price for each kind of room, and you’ll see how many bookings you need before it pays for itself. Then book a few more beds and see what you’d make.

How people pay

Stripe’s standard UK card fee is 1.5% + 20p a booking. That’s all you’d pay on Macadamia’s Core plan, which is £15 a month.

With 8 guests booked, you’d make

£1,181.00

You cover your costs at 7 guests, so what the other guest pays is yours, before tax.

How we work it out. We add up what your guests pay, then take off the venue, food for everyone staying (your team included), any more costs you’ve added and the payment fees. Food is counted for each night of the stay. Card fees use Stripe’s standard rate for UK cards. Deposits and payment dates aren’t covered here, and neither is anything you pay yearly, like insurance, so it’s worth leaving a bit of room for those.
